To become a member of the City Business Hub web site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Event Waiver. ELIGIBILITY You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of City Business Hub or use the Web site. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. If City Business Hub terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE City Business Hub reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the City Business Hub Web Site is offered by posting ammended terms to this Web site, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the City Business Hub Web Site. EVENT POLICY Remember that you are representing City Business Hub while participating in any City Business Hub event! Please conduct yourself in such a way as not to detract from the enjoyment of the other Participants (at all times). Please adhere to the following guidelines when attending an event: Any member with excessive behavioral complaints will have their membership revoked Firearms/weapons are prohibited on all Events Illegal drugs and substances of any kind are prohibited on all Events People under the age of 18 are not permitted at any City Business Hub events By Attending an event, you agree to allow any photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by City Business Hub. MATERIALS PROVIDED TO City Business Hub OR CONTENT POSTED ON THIS SITE City Business Hub does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to City Business Hub (including feeck and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any City Business Hub Web Site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). The failure of City Business Hub to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The section titles in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
